Mbote Joseph dispite being the Human Resource Manager of home of ideas , working with Equity bank and taking BSc. Computer Science is A good famer having being brought up in a humble back ground and from an agricultural productive area. Also he is a web disigner and with good programming skills having passion in venturing diferent Computer fields like data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning yet to mention Internet of things field.
He believes in the Spirit of giving back to the society and hence collaborate with the company fully in attaining the main companies Objectives.

I am really committed in all the duties under the constitution of the company "Home of Ideas" and and othe duty that can be allocated to me whatso ever with passion ,sacrifice to thes of my strength and knowlgde in my capacity
I also preserve the dignity of the company and willingly educate people about the companies objectives and recruit and encourage other young to join us for the benefit of us all.
I also assist maximumly in achieving the four pillars/main Agendas of the company which are:-
1.
Perform Charity Works.
2. Perform Mentorship .
3. Funding members business ideas.
4. Start
up of bussiness and reduce rate of unemployement of the county among the young people.
I also support my fellow leaders of the company when called upon to assist.
